We have a tailored a specific boxing program to bring the best out of our participants. Through utilising training methods such as shadow boxing and agility drills, our participants learn the value of hard work and feel a true sense of achievement as they progress.

1. boxing workouts

The boxing training feature includes non-combat techniques like using punching bags, shadow boxing, and footwork drills, building strength, agility, and coordination in a safe, empowering environment.

2. gym work

Our boxing exercise program includes dynamic gym work that is tailored to each individuals needs, such weight lifting, resistance training and exercise machines

3. cardio drills

Our exercise program incorporates agility drills to improve your speed, footwork, stamina and overall coordination.

4. physio assesment

During participants journey through the program, our qualified physiotherapist will assess their capabilities and progress, ensuring everything is going smoothly.
